libbiblio-thesaurus-perl software package provides Perl extension for managing ISO thesaurus, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbiblio-thesaurus-perl
libbiblio-thesaurus-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbiblio-thesaurus-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbiblio-thesaurus-perl *
You will get with libbiblio-thesaurus-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
